Suspect Eric Holder has been charged with Nipsey Hussle's murder, The Hollywood Reporter reports. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office states that 29-year-old Eric Ronald Holder of Los Angeles, CA has been charged with "one count of murder, two counts of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. The criminal complaint also includes allegations that he personally used a firearm and caused great bodily injury and death."

Holder is being held on $7 million bail after being caught on Tuesday (4/2), and faces a maximum sentence of a lifetime in prison if convicted as charged. Variety reports that his first court appearance is expected to happen on Thursday (4/4) afternoon.

Nipsey's partner, actress Lauren London, broke her silence and penned a tribute to the late rapper. Fellow musicians Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Cardi B, Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, and others also paid tribute.
