Faith No More have been inactive since 2015 (the year they released Sol Invictus), but over the weekend, they began teasing something to be revealed this Tuesday. Well, Tuesday is here and now we know they've announced what will be their first shows in about five years.

So far, they're playing three European festivals: France's Hellfest, Norway's Tons Of Rock, and Ireland alt-rock festival Sunstroke, which is back for the first time since the '90s.

Sunstroke goes down June 13 & 14 and the lineup also includes Deftones, The Jesus & Mary Chain, Gojira, Killing Joke, The Hu, Refused, At The Gates, Helmet, PUP, and more. Tickets on sale Tuesday, December 3. More info here. Poster below.

Tons Of Rock also includes Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Gojira, Dimmu Borgir, Baroness, Paradise Lost (performing Draconian Times exclusively), Enslaved, 1349, and more. More info and tickets here.

UPDATE 2: They've added another festival date, at Helsinki's Tuska Metal Festival on June 28, where they'll join Korn, Gojira, Deftones, Baroness, High on Fire, Perturbator, Oranssi Pazuzu, and more.
