Lady Gaga is getting ready to release her new album, which is as-yet-untitled. But she's released a new song called "Perfect Illusion" that features an all-star cast of collaborators and continues a recent trend of huge pop stars collaborating with musicians who are more from the indie/rock universe. This one, a catchy, shiny 80s-sounding track was co-written by Tame Impala's Kevin Parker, features production from Mark Ronson and Grimes collaborator Bloodpop, and new-wavey guitar playing from Josh Homme. You can listen to that here.

Giorgio Moroder (who
DJs Brooklyn this weekend),
Father John Misty, Beck and
Florence Welch (with whom she performs a duet). It also sounds like Ronson is heavily involved in the whole thing, with Gaga saying the pair co-wrote much of the material. No word yet on title or release date, stay tuned.
