Father John Misty shares new protest song "Holy Hell"
Father John Misty, like a good portion of us, is feeling unsteady about the state of our country. He covered a Tim Heidecker protest song a couple weeks back and he’s now written one of his own, “Holy Hell.” “Holy Hell, damn the future ain’t looking so bright,” he sings. “Not looking for paradise / ’70s would be nice” and then going on to muse about the “unfathomable rift” we’re facing.
