Foo Fighters finish new album, announce 25th anniversary tour
Dave Grohl revealed on the Bill Simmons Podcast that Foo Fighters have finished their new album, and one of the songs has a riff that he's been working on for 25 years. 25 years is also how long the Foos have been a band, and they'll celebrate that anniversary on an 'in the round' arena tour this spring, surrounding headlining appearances at Boston Calling, Osheaga, New Orleans Jazz Fest, and Pharrell's Something in the Water festival.
The tour hits Phoenix, Oklahoma City, Knoxville, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, Alburqurque, Wichita, Green Bay, Cincinnati, and Hamilton -- all cities the Foos played when they toured in support of their debut album 25 years ago.
All dates are listed, with the video for "Big Me" off the Foos' debut album, below.
