Frank Ocean has dropped off his third festival of 2017, Barcelona's Primavera Sound. He cites "production delays beyond his control," the same reason he gave for recently cancelling Hangout Fest (where Phoenix replaced him) and Sasquatch (where LCD Soundsystem replaced him). The festival adds, "The artist has apologised and has reiterated his wish to come to Barcelona soon."

"Production delays beyond her control" is the same reason Solange gave for dropping off this past weekend's Boston Calling. Frank and Solange are both supposed to co-headline day one of NYC's Panorama festival. Let's hope they do.

Frank is also supposed to play FYF the weekend before Panorama. Solange is also supposed to play Glastonbury, which just revealed its set times.
