Frank Turner announces North American 'No Man's Land' Tour

Frank Turner is releasing a new album, No Man’s Land, which he says is “dedicated to telling the fascinating stories of women whose incredible lives have all too often been overlooked,” on August 16 via Xtra Mile Recordings/Polydor, and now he’s announced a North American tour in support of the album, with a different format than usual. “For this tour,” Frank says, “I thought it would be good to give the new album some proper attention, so the first set of mine of the night will be a solo run through some of those songs and stories; once the Souls are up with me, we’re playing around with a slightly more stripped back, thoughtful folk approach to some of the older material, which feels different and powerful. Looking forward to sharing a slightly different show with everyone for this run.”

Frank’s North American dates follow his previously announced shows in the UK, which happen this summer. Starting in October, he’ll stop in Montreal, Toronto, Jersey City (October 11 at White Eagle Hall), Washington DC, NYC (October 15 at Town Hall), Chicago, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta and more. Tickets to the new dates go on sale Friday 7/19 at 10 AM, with various presales beginning Tuesday 7/16 at 10 AM. See all dates below.

In December, Frank tours North America with his hardcore band Möngöl Hörde, including a Brooklyn show at Saint Vitus on December 13 (tickets). See those dates below as well.
