Soul/hip hop great Georgia Anne Muldrow has already made appearances on the new Cavalier and Blood Orange albums this year, and now she's set to release a new album of her own, her first solo album since 2015's A Thoughtiverse Unmarred (Mello Music Group). It's called Overload and it's due out October 26 and will be her first for Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder label. While Georgia's past few albums have been self-produced, this one was more collaborative. Flying Lotus, Aloe Blacc, and Georgia's partner/frequent collaborator Dudley Perkins (aka Declaime) are executive producers on the album. Dudley also contributes vocals to one of the songs, and the album features Shana Jenson Muldrow on a Gap Band cover, and production by Mike & Keys, Khalil, Dutchman Moods, and Lustbass.

Georgia released the title track earlier this summer, and she's sharing a second single along with the album announcement, "Aerosol." Both are great examples of Georgia's unique take on psychedelic soul, and very worth hearing. Listen to both and check out the tracklist below.
