Glassjaw playing 'Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence' in NY & MA after Chain Fest

UPDATE: Brooklyn show sold out and second night added.

After a 15-year-long wait, Glassjaw finally released their genuinely great new album Material Control in late 2017, but they’re not against indulging in a little nostalgia too. At last year’s Riot Fest, they played their classic 2002 sophomore album Worship & Tribute in full, and this year they’ll be revisiting their 2000 debut Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence for its 20th anniversary. Just yesterday, they announced they’d play a set of Silence songs at Irvine, CA emo nostalgia fest Chain Fest (alongside Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, Circa Survive playing a Blue Sky Noise set, Saves The Day playing a Through Being Cool set, and more), and now the Long Island band announced a hometown-area show too.

Glassjaw will perform Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence in full at Boston’s Royale on May 27 and Brooklyn’s Warsaw on May 29. Tickets for the Brooklyn show are on BrooklynVegan presale now. PRESALE PASSWORD = BVSILENCE.

If you miss out on the presale, you can try again for tickets when the public on-sale starts Friday (2/14) at 10 AM. Stay tuned in case any more Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Silence shows are added and stream the album below.
