Glen Campbell

Last year, Glen Campbell released his 61st (!) studio album, Ghost on the Canvas (with songs written by Paul Westerberg, Teddy Thompson and Jakob Dylan) at the same time revealing he was suffering from Alzheimer's Disease. He then announced he would head out on a Goodbye Tour so fans could have one last chance to see him. With help from teleprompters and three of his kids who are in his band (drummer Cal, 28; guitarist Shannon, 27; and banjo player Ashley, 25) the iconic country star has been performing classics like "Rhinestone Cowboy,' "Wichita Lineman" and "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," all over the country.

Glenn Campbell's Goodbye Tour, which has added a North East leg, hits NYC on October 13 at Carnegie Hall. Tickets for that show go on sale Friday (9/7) at 11 AM. While he may have trouble remembering the words, the man can still play guitar like nobody's business.
