Gorilla Biscuits selling "Degradation" shirt to benefit NAACP; Rev webstore donating profits too

NYHC legends Gorilla Biscuits are selling a shirt that has the lyrics to their 1989 anti-racism song “Degradation” on the front, and “END RACISM” in giant stenciled lettering on the back. “‘Degradation’ is GB’s most important song because it screams out against the evils of white supremacy and the systematic violence and hatred that prop it up,” the band writes. All proceeds will go to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund “to help bail out protesters and continue the FIGHT for RACIAL JUSTICE.” Order yours here.

GB’s label Revelation Records are also donating 100% of profits from their webstore through June 13 to the Equal Justice Initiative and The Leadership Conference on Civil Rights, “who both work toward achieving racial justice, in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.”
