Saturday was supposed to be the nice day for Governors Ball but dang if it didn't rain at 7 PM for a good 45 minutes, right as Haim was starting their set on the GOVBALLNYC Stage. Attendees took it all in stride and danced in the mud to "The Wire," "Falling" and a cover of Prince's "I Would Die 4 U." (Beck covered "Raspberry Beret" on Friday.) Other acts playing Saturday: M83, The Killers (who covered Interpol), Miguel, De La Soul, Nothing, Purity Ring, Holly Miranda, and more.

Sunday, as you've likely heard, was canceled due to threat of severe weather with some performers (Prophets of Rage, Courtney Barnett, Vic Mensa) have scheduled smaller makeup shows. Pictures from GovBall day 1 are HERE, and a gallery from day 2 is above.
