Though she’s the only country artist performing the entire weekend, Kacey Musgraves proves she fits right in with the rest of the Gov Ball bill. She draws an impressive crowd to the main stage for her late afternoon set, sparking several sing-alongs (especially during her dreamy Golden Hour hit “Butterflies”); and when she smells weed in the air during her Pageant Material cut “High Time,” she yells, “Damn, that smells good!” Musgraves brings her Texas roots to the performance, sporting a sparkly floral getup and declaring, “I know that yee haw is having a moment, but I’ve been yee hawin’ all my fucking life.” She also makes sure to celebrate her LGBTQ fans and the start of Pride Month, taking off her shoes to run around with a rainbow flag during set closer “High Horse.” [Billboard]

After kicking off on Friday, the 2019 edition of Governors Ball continued on Saturday (6/1) with sets from Florence + The Machine, Lord Huron, Vince Staples, The 1975, Ty Dolla $ign, King Princess, Kacey Musgraves, Ravyn Lenae, Denzel Curry, Clairo, Sunflower Bean, U.S. Girls, and more. Check out pictures from Saturday in the gallery above, and a few video clips below.

Governors Ball is scheduled to wrap up Sunday (6/2), but gates have been delayed due to forecasted thunderstorms. The festival released an updated, abbreviated schedule for the night – stay tuned for any more status updates.

UPDATE: The festival was evacuated around 9:30, just as Beast Coast and Kaytranada were scheduled to start.
