Sunday (6/2) at Governors Ball was evacuated due to "approaching severe weather" and cancelled for the night. The festival's third day had a delayed opening because of forecasted thunderstorms, with gates pushed back to 6:30 PM, and an abbreviated schedule, but evacuation of the grounds began right around when Beast Coast and Kaytranada were scheduled to go, at 9:30 PM. The Strokes and SZA were to start their sets at 10:15.

Pictures and video clips from from the scene on Randall's Island are below.

UPDATE: Governors Ball posted to Twitter, "Refund info for tonight's show will be posted soon - stay tuned."

UPDATE 2:

Charli XCX also played a makeup show on Sunday, at Le Poisson Rouge.

UPDATE 3: The Strokes posted a statement, which reads:

To our Gov Ball fans:
We want to send our most sincere thanks for sticking with us through the weather today. Sometimes Mother Nature has a mind of its own and unfortunately that didn’t allow for us to meet you on the stage tonight.

We are so thankful for each and every one of you who came from far and wide and stuck around till the last minute to try to celebrate the music with us.

We are glad that everyone stayed safe but we’re just as disappointed as you are that we didn’t get to play tonight.

We love you guys. We love New York. Until next time!

UPDATE 4: Governors Ball posted a statement about refunds:

After close consultation with NYC officials and law enforcement, it was deemed necessary to evacuate the site and cancel the Sunday evening of Gov Ball 2019 for the safety of our festival goers, artists, and crew. The safety of everyone always comes first.

All customers who purchased a Sunday ticket and Sunday transportation ticket through the Gov Ball ticketing page will receive a refund directly to the account used to purchase. All customers who purchased a 3-Day Pass and 3-Day Transportation pass directly through the Gov Ball Ticketing page will receive a partial/pro-rated refund directly to the account used to purchase. At this time we expect all refunds to be processed within 21 days.

If the original card used for purchase has expired or been updated, the refund should still be processed through the account used to purchase. No additional action is needed by the original purchaser. If your credit card used for purchase has been canceled or is now expired, the bank or credit card company will normally reroute the credit amount issued to the current account or card for use. Please do not send any credit card or account information via email to info@govball.com.

Only primary ticket purchasers will receive a refund. If you did not purchase your ticket directly through the official Gov Ball website, please contact the person / party you purchased your ticket through.

This process takes time and all parties involved are working incredibly hard to expedite the process to ensure everyone that is entitled to a refund receives it as quickly as possible.
