Governors Ball reveals 2020 lineup by day
Governors Ball returns to NYC for its 10th annual edition June 5-7 on Randall’s Island, and the lineup by day has now been revealed; single day tickets are now on sale, too.
Friday, June 5 includes sets from Tame Impala, Stevie Nicks, Miley Cyrus, Foals, Khruangbin, Danny Brown, Snail Mail, Cuco, Nancy Whang of LCD Soundsystem, Frankie Cosmos, Maxo Kream and more.
On Saturday, June 6, it’s Vampire Weekend, Flume, Portugal. The Man, Carly Rae Jepsen, Bleachers, Steve Lacy, EarthGang, Pinegrove, PUP, Slowthai, Jay Som, and more.
The lineup for Sunday, June 7 features Missy Elliott, Solange, H.E.R., YBN Cordae, Girl Talk, Dave, Charly Bliss, Princess Nokia, Fontaines D.C., Black Midi, and more. See the full lineup for each day on the poster above.
In addition, GovBall announced that this year they’ll be setting up flushable toilets:
Aside from announcing the by-day lineup and sale of single day tickets, Governors Ball is also pleased to let festival goers know that the 2020 festival will also bring a big upgrade to their experience with the deployment of flushable toilets throughout the festival grounds. The vacuum flush toilets will provide a vastly more pleasant experience for patrons while also being more sustainable and environmentally friendly than traditional porta potties.
Starting Tuesday (1/28) at midnight, single day tickets will be available for a special discounted rate for 24 hours. 3-day tickets are also still available.
