Hamilton Leithauser playing NYC holiday show in December

Hamilton Leithauser has spent most of his time since releasing his solo debut opening for other people — Broken Bells and Spoon to be specific. Those tours are done and while the former Walkmen frontman hasn’t announced a headlining tour of his own, he’ll cap off 2014 with a hometown show at Bowery Ballroom on December 11. Tickets for that show go on AmEx presale today (10/8) at noon and will be available to the general public beginning Friday (10/10) at noon.

His only other scheduled show is opening for Spoon in London in November. Meanwhile, you can watch video of him acoustic in a marina, below…
