Hot Tuna touring, playing two NYC-area shows in August

Hot Tuna are playing some dates this spring and summer, mixed in with the previously-announced solo dates for Jorma Kaukonen. Now they’ve added two chances to see the full band in the NYC area at the end of their run. They’ll be playing Long Island at The Space at Westbury on 8/5 and Port Chester at Capitol Theatre on 8/6, both of which will feature support from Leftover Salmon. Tickets for both shows go on sale Friday (3/18) at noon.

Jorma hits NYC for two shows at City Winery on June 4 and 5. Both of those shows are sold out.

Earlier this year, Jorma and Jack’s previous band Jefferson Airplane sadly lost both Paul Kantner and Signe Anderson earlier this year. If you missed it, check out 15 essential Paul Kantner songs.
