Wasabassco's House of Deveraux paid tribute to rock titans Led Zeppelin with a multimedia burlesque revue titled "Take the Led Off!" at Le Poisson Rouge on September 9, featuring 10 different acts -- plus a go-go intermission -- set to some of Zeppelin's most iconic songs, including "The Lemon Song," "Kashmir," and "Whole Lotta Love." Performers included Sydni Deveraux, Amanda Whip, Peekaboo Pointe, Nina LaVoix, Penny Wren, Ivory Fox, Boo Bess, Jenny C’est Quoi, Hazel Honeysuckle, Mr. Gorgeous, Medianoche, Genie Adagio, and Puss N Boots.

Pictures from the night are in the gallery above.

The next House of Deveraux event at Le Poisson Rouge is October 14, titled "Love Songs":

LOVE! Love, fellow people is what makes our spirits sing, our minds reel, and provides the thump thump thump of our hearts… the beat of rock & roll. And what better way to share our love for you than with the beautiful sexy bodies of the ladies and gents of Wasabassco Burlesque dancing to the sounds of the greatest rock love songs of all time.

Tickets for "Love Songs" are on sale now. Other upcoming Wasabassco events in NYC include: "Wasabassco's Late Night" at City Winery on Saturday, September 23 (tickets); "Burlesque Brunch" at Bathtub Gin on Sunday, September 24 (more info); and "Wasabassco's Wonderful Wizard Of Oz" at Littlefield on October 13 (tickets).
