House of Vans is coming to Philadelphia for a four-day pop-up from October 10-13 at an industrial warehouse located at 404 N. 2nd St. that celebrates "art, music, action sports and street culture." As always with House of Vans, it's free and open to the public and the music portion includes Tierra Whack, Hop Along and Orion Sun on 10/10 (RSVP), and Phantogram, Channel Tres and Y La Bamba on 10/11 (RSVP). There will also be DJs all four days, including sets from Dave P, Naeem, Russell Alexander, Lowbeezy, Brewerytown Beats, LQQK Studios and Quartersnacks. There will also be performances from local rising Philly bands as part of House of Vans' SESSIONS series, lineup is TBA.

On the art tip, Space 1026 will present their exhibit "If These Walls Could Talk - Philly Art Retrospective," and there will be a skate photography exhibit, 2 Tales, 1 City, featuring work by photographers Phil Jackson and Jonathan Rentschler with a focus on Philadelphia’s skate landmarks Love Park and FDR. House of Vans Philly will also feature other installations, retrospectives and workshops. The full schedule and more info is here.

Meanwhile, Vans' "Spirit of DIY" tour hits NYC on Wednesday (9/25) at Superchief Gallery with performances by L.O.T.I.O.N, Blu Anxxiety, Pinocchio, Ghula and Blair (more info).
