IDLES expand tour, add 2019 dates (including Brooklyn Steel)
Bristol punks IDLES just released their new album Joy As an Act of Resistance, which does a pretty good job of capturing their hyperactive, infectious and fun live show to a record. If you haven't checked it out yet, you can stream the whole thing below.
IDLES' North American tour with Bambara starts this Friday (9/14) in Chicago and hits NYC for a sold-out show at Music Hall of Williamsburg on 9/22. They'll be back in 2019, and have announced two shows so far, including a much bigger NYC show. They'll play Brooklyn Steel on May 10 and DC's Rock & Roll Hotel on May 11. Tickets for Brooklyn Steel go on sale Friday, September 14 at noon with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (9/12) at noon.
