Injury Reserve

Injury Reserve announce debut album, share "Koruna & Lime"

Injury Reserve became the second hip hop act to sign to Loma Vista (home of St. Vincent, Sylvan Esso, Manchester Orchestra, and more), following Denzel Curry, and they’ve been dropping singles off their anticipated debut album this year. Today, they released a third new single and finally revealed the album title and release date. The LP is self-titled and drops May 17 via Loma Vista (pre-order). The new single, “Koruna & Lime,” is another great example of this group’s ability to mix classic hip hop with more abstract and experimental sounds, and it’s keeping our hopes high for the new LP. Watch the video below, along with the videos for previous singles “Jawbreaker” (ft. Rico Nasty & Pro Teens) and “Jailbreak the Tesla’ (ft. Aminé).

As mentioned, Injury Reserve are playing a NYC one-off on April 24 at Elsewhere Zone One (sold out) and then touring Australia/Nea Zealand in June (dates here).
