Heavy metal legends Iron Maiden are on tour now in continued support of 2015’s The Book of Souls. Not ones to rely on nostalgia, Maiden played plenty of that album at their show at Newark’s Prudential Center last night (6/7). Six of the 15 songs in their set were Book of Souls songs, and only two were from their fan favorite The Number of the Beast, which turned 35 this year (the title track and “Children of the Damned”). Other classics included “Powerslave,” “Wrathchild,” “Iron Maiden,” and “The Trooper.” Check out their full setlist and a video below and pictures in the gallery above.

Occult rockers Ghost opened the show, but unfortunately we missed them. Maiden and Ghost’s tour lands in Brooklyn for shows on July 21 & 22 at Barclays Center (tickets). All tour dates here.
