Governors Ball 2018 - Friday
Jack White at GovBall 2018 (more by P Squared)

Jack White sold out Kings Theatre, adds 2nd show (on sale now)

Jack White‘s fall tour includes a Brooklyn show at Kings Theatre on 11/17 that went on sale today and quickly sold out, so Jack added a second Kings Theatre (11/16) show happening one night earlier. Tickets are on sale. As Jack has done in the past, he’s banning cellphones at these shows…

PLEASE NOTE: this is a PHONE-FREE show. No photos, video, or audio recording devices allowed. We think you’ll enjoy looking up from your gadgets for a little while and experience music and our shared love of it IN PERSON. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and other photo or video-capturing gizmos will be secured in a Yondr pouch that will be unlocked at the end of show. You keep your pouch-secured phone on you during the show and, if needed, can unlock your phone at any time in a designated Phone Zone located in the lobby or concourse.

Updated Jack White tour dates are listed below.

In related news, a rare 1997 recording of a then-unknown Jack White covering Blondie surfaced this week. Jack provided guest vocals on the song, which was by a band called 400 Pounds of Punk, whose singer Jamie Cherry currently drums in the band Sros Lords. We interviewed Jamie about that lost recording with Jack and more.
