Having just headlined NYC fest The Meadows, Jay-Z has announce the opener for his 4:44 Tour: rising rapper Vic Mensa, who played Riot Fest the same weekend Jay played The Meadows, and who is signed to Jay's Roc Nation company and whose recently-released debut album The Autobiography was mostly produced by No I.D. who executive produced 4:44.

Vic opens both shows at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, which happen November 26 and 27, and the Nassau Coliseum (12/2) date. Tickets for all three NYC-area shows are still available.

Jay has been playing a handful of songs from his new album at recent shows, and he continues to do "Numb/Encore" to pay tribute to his past collaborator Chester Bennington. (He brings plenty of classics as well.) Jay will also be the musical guest on SNL's season 43 premiere on 9/30. Updated Jay-Z dates are listed below.

UPDATE: Ticketmaster previously listed Vince Staples on the Nassau Coliseum dates, but that was a mistake. All dates are with Vic Mensa.
