Jay-Z, The Black Keys & more also reportedly playing Woodstock 50

While we’re still waiting for the full lineup to surface, reports and rumors about artists who are performing at the Woodstock 50th Anniversary Festival in Watkins Glen this summer have been swirling around the internet. Yesterday, Dead & Co, Imagine Dragons, Chance the Rapper, The Killers and Santana were all reportedly confirmed for the festival, and today HITS Daily Double reports that Jay-Z, The Black Keys, Miley Cyrus, and Halsey have also been “confirmed by all parties involved.”

According to HITS Daily Double, there is also ongoing uncertainty about the festival capacity, which has reportedly been approved for 75,000 attendees. They report that original Woodstock co-founder Michael Lang, who is spearheading the anniversary festival, is pushing to get an increased capacity of 125,000 attendees approved.

Woodstock 50 is set to happen August 16-18 at the Watkins Glen International Speedway, about an hour and a half east of the original Woodstock site.
