Connecticut screamo band Jeromes Dream returned after a nearly 20-year silence with plans to make a new album (with producer Jack Shirley) and tour with Loma Prieta. Most dates on the tour are still TBA, but yesterday they announced a Brooklyn show for Saint Vitus on July 26, which quickly sold out. They've now added a second show happening one night later (7/27) at the same venue. Tickets for the newly-added Saint Vitus show are on sale now. Stay tuned for the rest of the tour dates to be announced.

The sold-out 7/26 show is with Lytic, the new band of Jamie Behar who played guitar in Saetia and played guitar and sang in Off Minor. Lytic just digitally released a split with Italy's Shizune, and they were joined by fellow Saetia/Off Minor member Steve Roche for the making of this one. Lytic's contributions are pretty awesome, and should be right up the alley of any Saetia/Off Minor (or classic screamo in general) fans. Stream the whole thing below. The vinyl release will be out soon.

Loma Prieta and Jeromes Dream's newly-added 7/27 Vitus show is with two newer tristate area screamo bands, NJ's Massa Nera and Connecticut's Foxtails. You can listen to recent releases from those bands below too.
