As mentioned, Connecticut screamo vets Jeromes Dream are reunited and planning to release their first album in 18 years -- made with producer Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Joyce Manor, Loma Prieta, etc) -- this year. Now the album is officially announced, and the first single is here. The LP is untitled, and it's due July 19 via the band's own Microspy label (distributed by Deathwish). The first single is "Cataracts So Far," which is a bit more refined than the band's rawer classic material but otherwise sounds like almost no time has passed. The band is touring with Loma Prieta in July and August, including two sold-out nights at Brooklyn's Saint Vitus, and after that, they're playing Toronto's New Friends Fest and then touring with Touche Amore and Dangers. All dates are listed below.
