My Morning Jacket’s Jim James is currently on tour supporting his terrific, of-the-moment protest album Eternally Even, and the tour hit NYC’s Terminal 5 last night. With backing by Twin Limb (who also played an opening set on their own), Jim played all of Eternally Even, a few cuts from 2013’s Regions of Light and Sound of God, covered The Velvet Underground’s “I’m Set Free” and did a couple Monsters of Folk and New Basement Tapes songs as well.
