Jimi Tents drops "Phone Down" (freestyle) video, playing Rough Trade

Brooklyn rapper Jimi Tents has continued to rise since the release of 5’O Clock Shadow. Last month he put out a new single called “Domino Effect” and more recently he dropped a video for another new one, “Phone Down” (freestyle). Jimi gets aggressive on this one, calling out other rappers for fakeness and sounding pretty damn convincing while doing so. Watch the video below.

Jimi’s got a hometown show coming up on April 18 at Rough Trade. Tickets are on sale now. No other dates announced at the moment. Show flyer below.
