Joan Jett's music is now on Spotify & Apple Music (and she has a new song)

For some reason Joan Jett‘s catalog was among those missing from streaming services, but to quote Joan:

The entire Joan Jett & The Blackhearts catalogue is now available for streaming worldwide on Spotify, Apple Music and more, thanks in part to Joan’s label Blackheart Records entering into a new agreement with Sony Music Entertainment/Legacy Recordings.

Now you can easily catch up Joan’s discography before hitting the theater later this month. As we previously reported:

Joan Jett documentary Bad Reputation premiered at Sundance earlier this year, and it’s set to hit theaters, on-demand, iTunes, and Amazon on September 28. Two days before that, it’s playing at Brooklyn’s Nitehawk (9/26) for one night only, as part of the theater’s BrooklynVegan-presented Music Driven series. The screening starts at 7:15 PM and includes exclusive, post-credits footage that can only be seen in theaters. Tickets are on sale now.

Joan will also release a soundtrack for Bad Reputation on September 28 via Legacy/Blackheart. It includes a new Joan Jett and the Blackhearts song, “Fresh Start,” as well as other songs by the Blackhearts and Joan’s band The Runaways, and the version of The Replacements’ “Androgynous” that Joan did with Laura Jane Grace and Miley Cyrus. There’s also music by Bikini Kill, members of the Sex Pistols, and more.
