Kanye West discussing mental health at Times Talk in NYC

Kanye West and The Breakfast Club‘s Charlamagne Tha God will be giving a Times Talk about mental health, moderated by The New York Times‘ Jon Caramanica, at NYC’s Town Hall on October 17. The event description reads:

Don’t miss this rare and unique opportunity to hear Charlamagne Tha God — co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show The Breakfast Club and New York Times bestselling author — in conversation with Grammy award-winning musician, entrepreneur and designer Kanye West. The duo will be discussing Charlamagne’s upcoming book “Shook One: Anxiety Playing Tricks on Me” that details the ways anxiety has been a driving force in Charlamagne’s life since childhood. Join Charlamagne and West as they talk about how to break free from your fears and anxiety in order to reach the next level of success.

This event is a conversation about mental health and ticket prices include a signed copy of “Shook One: Anxiety Playing Tricks on Me.”

Maybe Kanye will also talk about recording his new album YANDHI in Africa, or rattle off some of those enlightened political opinions of his. Tickets are on sale.

YANDHI was supposed to come out this past Saturday, the same day Kanye gave his disappointing SNL performances, but it didn’t. Now Kim Kardashian says it will come out on Black Friday (11/23).

Kanye is also rumored to headline Coachella 2019 alongside Childish Gambino and Justin Timberlake.

Other upcoming Times Talks include a discussion of the new Freddy Mercury biopic with star Rami Malek (aka Elliot from Mr. Robot).
