Kanye West performing at Philipp Plein NYFW show?

Kanye West may be performing at at Philipp Plein‘s anticipated New York Fashion Week “dinner show” on Monday, February 11, according to Guest of a Guest. Details are scarce about the invite-only affair, rumored to be held at one of NYC’s most expensive restaurants, but throwing a spectacle-worthy show with a hip musical guest is very in character for Plein. Last February his Brooklyn Navy Yard show included robots, a giant spaceship, and a performance from Migos, while Future and Nicki Minaj performed at his his Spring 2018 show and afterparty, respectively, at Hammerstein Ballroom.

Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian said on Twitter that Kanye is “not performing at any fashion show this season. Just a rumor.” But others claim that Kanye’s name is listed on the invite from Plein. Stay tuned?

Kanye himself is no stranger to NYFW, having shown (and cancelled showings of) seasons of his Yeezy collection at the bi-yearly fashion extravaganza, sometimes using the occasion to debut new music, as well.
