Kevin Morby playing mental health benefit in NYC; "duo tour" starts this week
Kevin Morby will headline “Songs for the Mind,” a World Mental Health Day benefit concert on October 8 Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. Presented by Sound Mind, the show also features performances by Deva Mahal, Josiah Johnson, Phil Hanley, and Kayla Kitchen. Tickets are on sale now and proceeds go to Bring Change to Mind and National Alliance on Mental Illness of New York City.
You can catch Kevin on his “duo tour” where he’ll play with saxophonist Cochemea Gastelum (William Tyler opens on the tour) starting this weekend and that hits Jersey City on Tuesday (9/3) for a sold-out show at White Eagle Hall. Updated tour dates are listed below.
