King Dude
king dude

As part of his run of dates surrounding CMJ, neo-folk Americana specialist King Dude played the weekly Nothing Changes party at Home Sweet Home on Wednesday (10/16). (We missed that one -- did you go?) Looking forward, the Dude's going to be a busy guy. King Dude's doubling up on Saturday--he's slotted to play both the 14-hour extravaganza that is the BrooklynVegan Saturday CMJ Party at Baby's All Right (10/19) and Union Pool later that night. No rest for the weary, the Dude will be playing an acoustic candlelit set the following day (10/20) at Worship at 117 Wilson Ave in BK. The show starts at dusk, so hit up your local meteorologist for an exact time. He then plays Saint Vitus later Sunday night.

King Dude's just one of the many great acts to have graced the Nothing Changes stage, and looking forward it looks like it's only getting better. Newly announced shows from Mueran Humanos, Clay Rendering and Hot Guts are things to look forward to, and you know Raspberry Bulbs on November 13 will be one not to miss.
