Kodak Black arrested for violating probation; tour dates postponed

Kodak Black is reportedly back in jail after violating his probation. XXL Mag reports that following a scheduled court date in Broward County, FL on February 27 Kodak was arrested for violating the terms of his probation stemming from an arrest last May for a number of charges.

He was sentenced to five years of probation following his release in the fall. He violated his probation by being at various places that were “not approved” by the terms of the probation, including a strip club in Miami and Adrien Broner’s boxing match in Cincinnati, Ohio. He furthermore violated his probation by failing to complete an Anger Management Program.

Kodak was in the middle of his own tour for this month, and is also scheduled for the Future/Migos/Tory Lanez tour.

Currently, all of Kodak’s solo dates are postponed, including the NYC show he had scheduled for tonight (March 1) at PlayStation Theater. A makeup date is TBA.

It’s unclear if he’ll still perform on the Future/Migos/Tory Lanez tour, which is scheduled to hit NJ on May 18 at PNC Bank Arts Center with Young Thug and Brooklyn at Barclays Center on May 19 without Young Thug (tickets). Let’s hope he makes it.
