We named Jamaican artist Koffee one of the 10 new-ish rappers who are defining 2019, although she's more reggae and dancehall than rap. She released her debut EP for Columbia, Rapture, back in March, and its songs prove she has hit potential and staying power. Listen to it in full below.

Koffee is doing some touring in the summer, with a full slate of overseas dates in late June into July, including stops in Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, and more. She'll be in North America to play the 2019 edition of Osheaga, and she also has two dates coming up in NYC. The first was originally set for June 12, and has now been rescheduled to September 12 at Gramercy Theatre. It's sold out, but some resale tickets are available. Koffee also announced a second NYC show the day before, at Brooklyn Steel on September 11. Tickets to that go on sale Friday 5/31 at 10 AM.
