Kyle MacLachlan hosting online 'Twin Peaks' pilot rewatch for series' 30th anniversary

This Wednesday marks the 30th anniversary of David Lynch & Mark Frost‘s Twin Peaks (the iconic two-hour pilot aired April 8, 1990). To celebrate (and to give a lot of us something to do for a couple hours during COVID-19 isolation), Special Agent Dale Cooper himself, Kyle MacLachlan, will be hosting a live rewatch of the Twin Peaks pilot this Wednesday (4/8) at 2:30 PM Eastern (11:30 AM Pacific) on Twitter.

After that Kyle is gonna be on Instagram Live on Wednesday at 4:20 PM Eastern (1:20 Pacific) “talking all things #TwinPeaks” and says there may be a special guest as well — Kyle’s hints in the announcement video point to Madchen for this who already said she wanted in on this and called the Twin Peaks pilot “pure magic.”

The original Twin Peaks makes for a great rewatch any time, no matter what our world is going through, and it’s widely available, included with Netflix, Hulu, and CBS All Access. If you want to watch the 2017 third season, that’s available via Showtime.
