Les Claypool and Sean Lennon announce collaborative LP, share 2 songs, touring

Last year, Primus and Ghost of a Saber-Tooth Tiger toured together, and frontmen Les Claypool and Sean Lennon clearly enjoyed each other’s company, as they’ve got a collaborative album on the way. Calling themselves The Claypool Lennon Delirium, their album Monolith of Phobos will be out June 3 and you can hear the catchy/strange “Mr. Wright” and “Cricket and the Genie” below.

The Claypool Lennon Delirium will also tour this summer, with a Port Chester, NY stop on June 18 at Capitol Theatre and a NYC stop at Irving Plaza on August 30. Tickets for the Cap go on sale Friday (3/25) at noon. Tickets for Irving go on sale Friday at 10 AM with Live Nation presales beginning Wednesday (3/23) at 10 AM. All tour dates are listed below.
