Liam Gallagher @ Terminal 5 (pics, setlist, video)
Having released his first-ever solo album, As You Were, earlier this year, onetime Oasis yowler Liam Gallagher brought his tour to NYC on Monday night (11/27) at Terminal 5. Much like he did at Rough Trade back in July, he primed the T5 crowd with a couple Oasis numbers (“Rock ‘n’ Roll Star” and “Morning Glory”) before playing five songs straight from the solo album. The rest of the set alternated between Oasis and solo numbers, before an all-Oasis encore. He did make the crowd choose between “Wonderwall” and “Live Forever” as the last song though. Liam’s brother, Noel (who just released a new album), will be in NYC in February to play Radio City Music Hall.
