Lina Tullgren preps debut LP for Captured Tracks (listen), playing shows
Hailing from Maine, Lina Tullgren brings a dark, moody air to her songs and arrangements that gives them an unsettling edge that also draws you in. Following 2016's Wishlist EP, Lina is set to release her debut album, Won, on September 22 via Captured Tracks. We've got the premiere of "Fitchburg State" off the record, and the raw production style makes it all the more compelling. Listen to that, along with "Asktell" from the LP, below.
Lina will be in NYC this weekend playing two shows with labelmates EZTV: Friday, August 18 at Mercury Lounge, and Saturday, August 19 at Alphaville. She'll then be back to play a record release show at Trans-Pecos on September 27 with Luxardo. Tickets for those shows are on sale now.
