Lindstrom announces new album, shares “Really Deep Snow”
Lindstrøm’s new album On A Clear Day I Can See You Forever is a first for the Norwegian cosmic disco pioneer. He made it entirely with drum machines, keyboards and other instruments, and no laptops or computer plug-ins. “The joy of making music on actual physical objects and devices makes a lot of sense to me now. After working on a computer for over 15 years, I don’t think I’ll ever look back.” Lindstrøm also cites Robert Wyatt as an influence on this record, which you can hear on dreamy first single “Really Deep Snow.”
On A Clear Day I Can See You Forever is out October 11 on Smalltown Supersound.
