Florida punks Gouge Away are (obviously) named after the Pixies' Doolittle closer, and today they've released a cover of a different song from that album, "Wave of Mutilation." They stay pretty faithful to the original, but add in some of their usual hardcore rage. Check it out.

The song is the b-side to Gouge Away's great recent single "Consider." They were supposed to begin their run opening Circa Survive's Blue Sky Noise 10th anniversary tour today, but that tour is (obviously) postponed. Deathwish is also selling Gouge Away's 2018 sophomore album Burnt Sugar for $1 or more on Bandcamp to help encourage purchases to fight the loss of income from no touring, and today Bandcamp is waiving its cut of sales on all purchases through 3 AM ET on Saturday.
