Literature sign to Slumberland for new album, touring in September (dates, new song stream)

Philly-via-Austin indie pop band Literature will release their next album, Chorus, on August 19 which will be their first for Slumberland. It’s a good fit, and there’s no denying the UK influence in the hyper-jangly first single “The English Softhearts” which you can stream below.

Literature will be touring in September including NYC shows at Death by Audio on 9/17 and Cake Shop on 9/18. They’re a lot of fun live, way more energetic than your average band with these influences. Worth seeing if they play near you. All dates are listed below.

Literature – Chorus tracklist:
1. The Girl, The Gold Watch, and Everything
2. The English Softhearts
3. Blasé
4. Tie-Dye (Your Life)
