Liz Phair announces US headlining tour, reveals album title
Liz Phair has been teasing her first album in nearly a decade for a while now (she released a new single "Good Side," which reunites her with her '90s-era producer Brad Wood, last year), and we've just gotten more info on the upcoming record - it's called Soberish, and according to a press release, it's set for release "later this summer." Stay tuned.
In the meantime, Liz announced a US headlining tour, which precedes her summer tour with Alanis Morissette (playing Jagged Little Pill) and Garbage. The tour kicks off in Orlando, before hitting other cities like NYC, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, Nashville, St. Paul, Milwaukee, North Adams, and others.
Liz's NYC show is at Webster Hall on May 17. Tickets for that show (and all headlining dates) go on sale Friday (3/6) at noon local time with various presales starting Wednesday (3/4) at noon. All dates are listed below.
As mentioned, the Jagged Little Pill tour hits the NYC-area on June 26 at Jones Beach and July 1 at PNC Bank Arts Center (tickets). All dates for that tour are listed below too.
