The Clash's classic third album London Calling turns 40 this year and there will be a very special tribute to the album at Bowery Ballroom on December 14 which is the LP's actual 40th birthday. On hand to celebrate will be Debbie Harry, Eugene Hutz (Gogol Bordello), Fred Armisen, Jesse Malin, Living Colour's Vernon Reid & Corey Glover, Julia Cumming (Sunflower Bean), Patrick Stickles (Titus Andronicus), Joseph Arthur, Tad Kubler (The Hold Steady), Dave Immergluck (Counting Crows), and more.

Tickets are on sale and proceeds go to the Joe Strummer Foundation and Music & Memory. Listen to London Calling below.

Malin and many of these same people have been involved in previous Joe Strummer tributes.
