Lower Dens playing "intimate" show for people (in NYC) who pre-order their album

As previously mentioned, Lower Dens will be going on a tour in support of a new record later this month. That tour includes two NYC shows which are now SOLD OUT. However, there now a third way to catch them in NYC, one day before the other two shows. Insound says:

Be one of the first 50 pre-orders and receive one ticket to an intimate live performance by Lower Dens on April 30, 2012!

* Once your order is placed, within 48 hours, you will be emailed to confirm your attendance and then notified of the time/location of the show, along with your ticket
* Each pre-order will grant you one ticket to the performance
* You will be able to pick up your pre-order at the performance, along with an exclusive signed poster (shipping charges will be removed from your order)
* Transportation NOT included (you must be in the NYC area)
