Luke Temple spent the last couple years dabbling successfully with a four-track portastudio as Art Feynman, but is now back with a new album under his own name. It's called Both-And and will be out September 13 via Native Cat. This is the first album he's made since moving to Marin County and the landscapes there influenced the vibe of the album. The first single is "Wounded Brightness" which is tranquil and lovely till building to a psychedelic squall and then smash-cutting to black. You can listen to that below (via Stereogum).

You can catch Luke on tour in September with Meernaa, beginning in Philly on 9/9 and then hitting Washington, DC, Columbus, Chicago, Cleveland, Toronto, Montreal, and then wrapping up at Brooklyn's Baby's All Right on 9/18. Tickets for Baby's will be on sale soon. All dates are listed below.
