Mac DeMarco played Prospect Park w/ Ex Hex (pics), adds Brooklyn Steel show to tour
Mac DeMarco brought his Here Comes the Cowboy tour to NYC on Tuesday (8/6) for a big show in Prospect Park as part of the 2019 BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! festival. The crowd was very excited for Mac and singing along loudly to songs like "Cooking Up Something Good," "Still Together" and more. He also threw in a cover of Metallica's "Enter Sandman" (which he's known to do). Ex Hex gave the night a punky, glammy start. Mac's tour starts up again in September with a show at L.A.'s Greek Theatre on 9/13, and he's just added another Brooklyn show, Brooklyn Steel on 9/19. Tickets for the Brooklyn Steel show are on AmEx presale now and go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 9 at 10 AM.
