Marc Jacobs shirt = Skrewdriver shirt?

Gawker pointed out this morning that a $68 t-shirt by designer Marc Jacobs bears a striking resemblance to the cover of the Boots and Braces 12″ EP by the white power skinhead band Skrewdriver. Here’s what one Nordstrom customer had to say (in a review entitled “why”):
This shirt is just wrong on so many levels!!! No one should get this shirt! it’s to small.
Why indeed. This isn’t the first time a mainstream company has accidentally appropriated an ethically-questionable design; those Mickey Mouse/Joy Division shirts from last year have become sought-after collectors’ items.
