Margaret Glaspy shares title track off debut LP, announces tour
Earlier this year, Margaret Glaspy released a two-song 7″ via her new label ATO. She just announced that she’ll be releasing her debut album Emotions and Math on June 17 and shared the title track off it. You may already be familiar with it from live shows or live sessions, but you can now check out the album version below.
Margaret has been on a lengthy tour since January, including one of the BV-SXSW parties. That tour has been expanded until the summer, stopping by NYC on June 18 at Baby’s All Right. Tickets go on sale Friday (4/8) at noon.
She also opens for Jenny Scheinman’s Mischief & Mayhem ft. Nels Cline, Jim Black, and Todd Sickafoose at NYC’s Le Poisson Rouge on May 12 (tickets).
She’s also opening part of Lucius’ tour, including two upstate NY shows. All tour dates are listed, with the album artwork and tracklist, below.
